  • Adhering to all Standard operating procedures as trained by head office
  • Ensure Food Quality and preparation is always up to our exceptional Standards

  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • All HR related matters
  • Ongoing food & wine training
  • Table etiquette & waiters' perfect approach
  • To maintain outstanding guest relations
  • Health & safety compliance
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Rostering and payroll
  • Ensuring financial procedures are in place
  • Repairs & Maintenance
  • Leading by example
  • Knowing all aspects of your restaurant
  • Anything else that would be required by you from management that is not mentioned above to ensure a smooth running of the restaurant in all areas
