Minimum requirements:


  • Matric
  • Relevant Degree/Diploma advantageous
  • 3+ years of verifiable work experience as a bookkeeper
  • Experience in handling management accounts and trial balance, including the ability to work from source documents.
  • Proficient in completing cashbook reconciliations with VAT, UIF, PAYE, and bank reconciliations.
  • Experience working on multiple books simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Pastel, Sage, and VIP Classic payroll.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle

Duties will include but is not limited to:

  • Manage a portfolio of monthly clients from various industries.
