    Description

  • The role of the Finance Administrator (Creditors) would be to perform financial, administrative, and clerical duties and provide support to the Reporting & Tax Manager.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Accounts Payable (Posting Invoices to Pastel/Reconcile Creditors Statements/Follow up on Invoices)
  • Assist with month end Accruals
  • Manage daily Creditors & ad-hoc online bank Payments
  • Ensure the company has valid BEE certificates and related information for all suppliers
  • Maintain Supplier BEE Database
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks/duties as may be reasonably required

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience (Creditors & Banking) in a similar role
  • Minimum of 2 years Pastel experience
  • A Diploma in Bookkeeping or Finance would be advantageous
  • Experience working with confidential information
