Managing farm staff of 40-70 individuals:

Farm fleet management and maintenance:

Monitoring herd health:

Keeping of herd health management records (vaccinations and deworming):

Monitoring farm expenses:
-
Managing purchases (Feed and miscellaneous):
-
Monitoring of grazing management schedule:
-
Monitoring pasture quality during grazing season:
-
Maintain various type of fences, from board fencing to electric fencing
:

Ensuring care and welfare standards are met keeping with
Five Freedoms:
Food and Water; Absence of Pain; Social Activity; Good Health and Freedom of movement.
Formal Qualifications
-
High School Diploma
-
Degree or Diploma in animal science
Requirements:
- Hard worker and selfmotivated, and good work ethic
- Basic computer skills
- Own firearm
- Driver's license
- Agricultural knowledge in beef, coal, and wood management
- Nutrition
- Communication
- Preparation
- Adaptation
- Evaluation
- Attention to detail and ability to establish a farm culture.
