Description

A well-established Financial Service Company based in Edenvale is seeking a Technical call centre Supervisor to join our dynamic and hardworking Fleet

mentoring the Fleet call centre team. The Supervisor will need to ensure that all service
levels are met and disputes/ concerns resolved in a timely and in a professional manner

Monitoring call volumes ensuring team members are managing the volumes effectively,

auditing calls and claims ensuring claim accuracy and agent behaviour is in line with

business requirements and aligned to our core values.

Assisting the team with technical assessments and engaging with suppliers/ clients to

resolve disputes/ concerns

Maintaining VOR(Vehicles off Road) volumes and mitigating potential penalties from

clients

Maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism and integrity at all times
Liaising with all internal divisions and providing info to necessary parties
Reporting on team performance and service levels
Assisting other teams when the situation requires it
Analysing claims to highlight possible trends and escalating accordingly
Managing client expectations related to contractual obligations and applicable SLA's
Intermittent on site vehicle assessments and failure reporting when required
Engaging and arranging meetings with OEM representatives on a monthly basi
