"Our TRS International Head Office is seeking a Trainee Project Manager (Software), you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our experienced project management team and gain hands-on experience in managing software development projects and be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial planning to final implementation, ensuring successful delivery within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. This role is based in HOLBORN, GREATER LONDON."


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collaborate with the project management team to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
  • Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather feedback and ensure project alignment.
  • Support the project team in managing communication and expectations with stakeholders.
  • Assist in conducting quality assurance checks and testing activities.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:


  • Strong understanding of IT software development principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to work well in a teamoriented environment.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency or certification in project management tools and software is a plus.
