Job Description
As a Supervisor at Morgner Roofing you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating waterproofing, and projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and high-quality work standards.

Project Management:
Oversee project timelines, material procurement, and scheduling to ensure efficient and timely project completion.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality standards are met in every aspect of the project.

Client Communication:
Liaise with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Training and Development:
Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
Requirements

Experience:
Minimum [5] years of experience in supervising workers in roofing and/or waterproofing, projects.

Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-Oriented:
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.

Project Management:
Strong organizational skills, adept at managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.

Physical Fitness:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work comfortably at heights.

Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
