Well established short term insurance busniess seeking Internal Broker Admin

To provide the back up and support to the broker team, allowing them to exceed the customer's expectations efficiently, effectively and consistently.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting the Team with their administration and any peripheral requirements. This includes preparing quotes, endorsements, cancellations, policies etc.
Coordinating valuations as and when required; and supplying the Broker Team with details of the valuation and summarizing potential exposures in writing for onward transmission to the client.
Issuing policies and arranging distribution as and when required.
Preparing all policy audits for checking
Compiling loss ratios as and when required
Explain coverage and exclusions to clients
Negotiate coverage and pricing with insurers
Manage relationships with insurers.
Participate in meetings with insurers to ensure a quality service and best terms for new and existing business within the insurance market
Prepare summaries of insurance, schedules and proposals in accordance with the relevant insurance acts
