    Project Manager

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage internal IT projects from initiation to completion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Initiation: Initiate and plan projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Task Management: Utilize JIRA to manage tasks, workflows, sprint planning, and reporting to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to guarantee effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Performance Tracking: Continuously monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain project documentation and ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Daily Stand-ups and Retrospectives: Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to foster open communication and encourage team collaboration.
    • Quality and Timeliness: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Project Management Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT or software development industry.
    • JIRA Proficiency: Proficiency in JIRA is mandatory for this role.
    • Experience and Education: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a related field is required. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are advantageous but not essential.
    • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
    • Multiple Priority Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
