To help us continue to grow our offerings, we're in search of a product manager for a new platform product offering.

The Product Manager of our Consumer Instalment Payments solution will coordinate and provide input into the development and delivery of this product offering and will represent the company in their collaboration with partners and customers.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Strategic planning and management of the consumer instalment payments product
  • Work closely with the Head of Consumer Instalment Payments to execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap, in order to establish the company as a leading provider of consumer instalments
  • Drive engagement across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the delivery of the product to all new customers
  • Manage Performance Indicators across the product
  • Drive the product and businessplanning process across crossfunctional teams of the company
  • Analyse consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships
  • Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're successful achieved
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project timelines across multiple departments
  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, highlevel use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Creditech Partners and its features across primary market segments

Qualifications and experience:


  • Degree in business studies, information technology or similar
  • Project management qualification is desirable
  • Good understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN and SCRUM proficiency and working collaboratively across teams. Experience gained in the management of technology projects.
  • Highly effective crossfunctional team management including managing internal and external stakeholders on varying levels
  • Some experience overseeing the product development lifecycle and experience delivering finely tuned product solutions
  • Good understanding of Product lifecycles, value proposition creation, design thinking, and managing a dynamic product.
