We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for our new Fine Dining Restaurant in Claremont. The restaurant is situated in a 5 star Boutique Hotel and offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

The Restaurant Manager needs to be able to:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and motivate the entire Front of House team
• Ensure a high quality service and guest experience
• Recruit and train new staff members.
• Have an active impact on business profitability
• Ensure safety and hygiene protocols are in place
• Have full comprehension of the POS system
• Lead by example and uplift staff morale and efficiency
• Have a full understanding of stock control & inventory system

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R10, R20,000.00 per month
