Job summary
NHG is entering a phase of significant commercial expansion driven by strong product adoption expanding national partnerships and the rollout of a digitally enabled primary-care platform. To support this growth NHG requires a high-calibre Operations Manager to lead and scale the organisation's day-to-day operational engine.This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in building systems improving processes and leading teams in high-growth environments.
The Operations Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer COO and work closely with the Channel Partner Executive , ,and other senior leaders across the business.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all operational functions deliver consistent high-quality service aligned to NHG's clinical and commercial standards.
- Build optimise and document operational workflows that support scale efficiency.
- Implement automated workflows for onboarding claims authorisations customer communication.
- Champion continuous improvement via data-driven analysis of throughput response times volumes service levels.
