    Description

    Enhance Treasury Services as a Senior Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Network Finance is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to enhance and expand their services to banks by leading client projects and contributing practical expertise to the team.

    1. Develop and implement liquidity risk management strategies, including Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and regulatory compliance with Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), and Basel III regulations.
    2. Analyze and address interest rate risk in the banking book, focusing on Net Interest Income (NII) sensitivity, Economic Value of Equity (EVE), and Counterparty Credit Risk Basel Book (CSRBB).
    3. Oversee capital management, encompassing the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP).
    4. Conduct comprehensive forecasting, stress testing, and define risk appetite.
    5. Implement and enforce treasury best practices and controls.

    Key Requirements

    Education:

    • CA(SA) or degree/honors/masters in Risk Management, Mathematics, or Statistics.
    • CFA/FRM/PRM qualification preferred.
    • Work experience in the treasury environment of a bank.

    Experience:

    • At least 5 years in Treasury/Liquidity Risk roles, encompassing responsibilities such as financial instruments understanding, pricing models, common risk metrics, liquidity risk management, funding, governance, and controls.
