3years- Daily Reporting
- Accounts Receivables KPI's
- Daily Receipts (Customer Payments)
- Account queries and their nature
- Demand Letters Sent
- Consolidation of debtors team's feedback from overdue customers in preparation for the weekly debtors meetings
- Identify control gaps in current processes and escalate those to management.
- Ensure that the debtors team follow the set processes and procedure
- Managing the suspense accounts
- Submit to management the debtors accounts that must be handed over to Legal
- Risk committee overdue debtors presentations
- Loading of bad debt write offs
- Interest on overdue balance billing
- Internal and External audits
- People management
- Month End
- Balance Sheet Recons
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric/ Senior Certificate
- National Diploma OR Degree (NQF level 7) in Accounting/Finance studies.
- 3+ years working experience in a similar role
- People management
- Dynamics 365 BC
- Accpac (advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office, preference given to intermediate & advanced Excel
- Excellent Reconciliations skills
- Experience working with a CRM system
