Our client in the Office Automation industry is currently looking for a
Senior
Sales Specialist - Account Manager, in Cape Town.


Responsibilities:


  • Play a key role in retaining existing clients and key customers, achieving sales targets, being responsible for managing expectations, and overseeing that a client's needs are met in a timely fashion.
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
  • Coordinate with various teams so that the customer's expectations are met.
  • Continue their assessment of a client's needs and business objectives.
  • Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives.
  • Help management with companywide strategic planning.
  • Upsell a company's services and solutions.
  • Manage a client's projects from beginning to end.
  • Take a client's requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements.
  • External sales involves customer visits, driving to and from customers.
  • Cold calling (new business side).

Requirements:


  • Must have 35 years of Office Automation experience.
  • Matric qualification or equivalent.
  • Own vehicle.
  • A proven sales and client retention experience.

Remuneration:


  • R20 000 to R30 000 per month.

Salary:
R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month


Education:


  • High School (matric) (required)

Experience:

Office Automation: 3 years (required)
Business Development: 2 years (required)


License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (required)
