Our client in the Office Automation industry is currently looking for a
Senior
Sales Specialist - Account Manager, in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in retaining existing clients and key customers, achieving sales targets, being responsible for managing expectations, and overseeing that a client's needs are met in a timely fashion.
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
- Coordinate with various teams so that the customer's expectations are met.
- Continue their assessment of a client's needs and business objectives.
- Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives.
- Help management with companywide strategic planning.
- Upsell a company's services and solutions.
- Manage a client's projects from beginning to end.
- Take a client's requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements.
- External sales involves customer visits, driving to and from customers.
- Cold calling (new business side).
Requirements:
- Must have 35 years of Office Automation experience.
- Matric qualification or equivalent.
- Own vehicle.
- A proven sales and client retention experience.
Remuneration:
- R20 000 to R30 000 per month.
Salary:
R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
Education:
- High School (matric) (required)
Experience:
Office Automation: 3 years (required)
Business Development: 2 years (required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
