    Production Manager

    Dolce Vita Ice, a premium ice cream manufacturer, seeks a skilled Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the factory and facility. With 20 years of experience in supplying the retail and hospitality industries, we require an individual who can drive production excellence.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Ensure effective stock control to meet production demands.
    • Develop and implement efficient production plans to minimize downtime.
    • Maintain robust food health and safety procedures and policies to safeguard our products and employees.
    • Lead a team of 12 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to guarantee exceptional product standards.
    • Maintain and repair equipment to optimize production efficiency.

    Required Qualifications and Experience

    • A university degree is highly advantageous in this role.
    • The ideal candidate will be between 23-28 years old and reside near the factory for emergency situations.
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in food health and safety procedures, is highly valued.
