    Market Researcher and Supply Chain Manager

    We are seeking a highly skilled Market Researcher and Supply Chain Manager to join our team in the Winelands region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage an integrated supply chain of agricultural commodities, including origination, crushing, logistics, distribution, and trading of Grains and Oilseeds.
    • Develop and implement market research strategies to identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
    • Analyze market trends and make informed decisions to optimize supply chain operations.
    • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners to ensure smooth supply chain execution.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in agri-trading.
    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
