    Description

    Role Overview

    The Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in managing team resources, planning meetings and travel arrangements, contract management, and payment processing primarily in Southern Africa. This position requires strong organizational and implementation skills with attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operations Support
      • Manage operations projects of varying types and scopes.
      • Provide operational support to the team.
      • Liaise with program staff leads and contractors for contract development, management, oversight, payments.
      • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical support for events in Southern Africa and globally as needed.
      • Procure office supplies, equipment, and technology for the Southern Africa hub.
      • Coordinate routine maintenance services including office moves, repairs, and minor renovations.
      • Track and process invoices, contracts, expense reports through ADS.
    • General Administrative Support
      • Support the Southern Africa Director with calendaring, travel arrangements, and other duties as prioritized.
      • Logistics for events in Southern Africa.
      • Draft presentation materials, background documents, reports, agendas, and other materials.

    Requirements

    4 years related experience

    Bachelor of Commerce Degree

    • Experience in HR Services, Recruitment & Selection is beneficial.
