    Talent Sourcing Role Overview

    The Department of the Premier's People Management sub-directorate seeks an individual to manage Recruitment and Selection processes at operational management level.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Manage Recruitment and Selection processes, ensuring quality control and project management.
    2. Supervise staff and facilitate audit processes to ensure data integrity.
    3. Develop and implement competency-based recruitment processes and provide training on Talent Sourcing and e-recruit systems.
    4. Facilitate professional advice on sourcing talent across various professions.

    Requirements

    1. National Diploma in HRM or B-Degree in Industrial Psychology with a minimum 3-year duration.
    2. Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in Recruitment and Selection environment.
    3. Valid code B driving licence.

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. Experience with technical recruiting, including e-Recruit support.
    2. Proven candidate sourcing skills and complex data management experience.
    3. Direct liaison with media and recruitment agencies.
    4. Consulting with stakeholders on different management levels.

    Skills

    1. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
    2. Database development management and reporting skills.
    3. Effective problem-solving abilities.
    4. Effective oral and written communication skills.

    Remuneration

    R 444 036 - R 532 602 per annum plus 37% in lieu of service benefits (Salary level 9).
