- Manage Recruitment and Selection processes, ensuring quality control and project management.
- Supervise staff and facilitate audit processes to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement competency-based recruitment processes and provide training on Talent Sourcing and e-recruit systems.
- Facilitate professional advice on sourcing talent across various professions.
- National Diploma in HRM or B-Degree in Industrial Psychology with a minimum 3-year duration.
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in Recruitment and Selection environment.
- Valid code B driving licence.
- Experience with technical recruiting, including e-Recruit support.
- Proven candidate sourcing skills and complex data management experience.
- Direct liaison with media and recruitment agencies.
- Consulting with stakeholders on different management levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Database development management and reporting skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit documentation for verification purposes.
