    Description

    QA Manager Vacancy at Medipost Pharmacy

    We are seeking a highly skilled QA Manager to join our team at Medipost Pharmacy, a national pharmacy delivering medication to patients across South Africa.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our QA teams, ensuring compliance with existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and developing and implementing reports to monitor daily compliance with service level agreements.

    • Main Responsibilities:
    • Forecasting and planning of QA teams in accordance with predicted monthly and daily output and target requirements.
    • Ensuring compliance of QA processes with existing SOPs.
    • Review and updating of SOPs and assisting with compiling of training manuals.
    • Management of Staff, including leave processes, disciplinary action, rewards & recognition program, and departmental alignment with other management and operations.
    • Development, planning and monitoring of reports to ensure daily compliance with service level agreements.
    • Recording and analysis of departmental and individual outputs.
    • Investigation, recording and reporting of customer complaints.
    • Ensuring housekeeping standards are met within departments in accordance with required Pharmacy standards (GPP).
    • Weekly and monthly reporting to Production Manager regarding performance and budget expenditure.
    • Perform any ad-hoc projects necessary for the department and group at large.
    • Oversee Schedule 6 register compliance with GPP.

    Requirements:

    • B.Pharm Degree.
    • 5 years Healthcare experience in QA & Production environment.
    • 3-5 years managerial experience and People Management skills.
    • GWP.
    • MS Office (Focus on Excel).
    • Good managerial and Administrative skills.
    • GWP.
    • Interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to interpret large volumes of data.
    • Analytical.
    • Numeracy.
    • Strong organising and prioritising skills.
