    We are seeking a talented Group Reporting Specialist to join our finance team.

    About the Role

    This role is pivotal in overseeing our group's financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with relevant IFRS standards, producing accurate and timely consolidated financial statements, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and prepare our consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to tight deadlines.
    • Ensure compliance with IFRS 10, IFRS 7, and IFRS 17, while staying informed on any changes to these standards.
    • Perform financial analysis to provide meaningful insights into our group's performance.
    • Support the external audit process by preparing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries.

    Requirements

    • Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification.
    • 3+ years of post-articles experience, preferably in a group reporting or similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge and experience with IFRS 10, IFRS 7, and IFRS 17.
    • Strong background in the financial services industry.
    • Advanced proficiency in financial reporting tools and Excel.

    Estimated Salary:

    $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
