Job Overview

As a Robotics Team Leader, you will oversee a team of technicians and artisans responsible for maintaining robotic equipment and automated production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 5S standards are met by organizing shadow boards, spare parts, and maintenance toolboxes.
• Capture and close Corrective Maintenance Requests (CMRs) on time and define actions in the CCMD/EM system.
• Complete Preventive Maintenance (PMs) tasks weekly within scheduled timing.
• Perform daily Process Improvement Joint Observations (PJOs) with artisans and document improvements.
• Develop action plans to prevent re-occurrences of volume losses and implement measures showing performance improvements.
• Maintain a proactive approach to the Maintenance Operating System (MOS) and adhere to safety regulations.
• Plan maintenance during production stops.

Required Qualifications

• National Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leading experience.
• Manufacturing experience in a body shop environment is advantageous.
• Strong fault finding skills, particularly in electrical and mechanical areas.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and programming skills in Siemens S7 PLC, Allen Bradley PLC, Kawasaki Robot, HMI – Win CC Scada, and Allen Bradley Scada.
• Knowledge of network interface fault finding, transfer and hoist systems, and behaviorial skills.
