    Project Manager - SAP Implementation Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with SAP implementation expertise to lead supply chain projects in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and supply chain processes.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes and end-users' needs.
    • Support end-users in proactive problem detection and resolution for business continuity, including Idoc management.
    • Act as a liaison between end-users and IT operational teams.
    • Manage EDI tracking and performance monitoring from both system and content perspectives.
    • Promote process improvements to enhance efficiency and working methods within Supply Chain and Sales & Operations Planning.
    • Lead various system supply chain projects, ensuring on-time delivery and effective resource planning.
    • Participate in business and IT projects to maintain system and business process continuity.
    • Document Business Process Procedures to inform IT development teams and serve as training material.
    • Provide reports, queries, and data to support business intelligence, focusing on supply chain analytics.

    Key Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of experience in IT supply chain roles.
    • Experience in the FMCG industry.
    • Must-have combination of supply chain and IT expertise.
    • SAP competency is essential.

    Desired Qualifications & Experience:

    • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG systems.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain and IT principles.
    • SAP competency is desirable.
