JD Specialized Recruitment are currently assisting a coastal family hotel in the Eastern Cape to identify a vibrant and guest centric
RESERVATIONIST.

Requirements:

Industry related diploma or degree.
Minimum of 3 years of dedicated group reservations experience (FIT's and Group Itineraries) in a similar position at a 4 or 5star group is essential.
Proficient in reservation systems (BOH Experience in these systems), MS Office, Word & Excel.
Exceptional communication skills and high level of telephone etiquette.
Detailed orientated, organized and have a positive nature.
Willingness to assist in other areas when needed.
Stable employment history and contactable references
