    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Financial Manager to oversee all financial operations and drive strategic decision-making for our group of two retail companies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the full financial function for both companies
    • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
    • Ensure tax compliance and manage risk assessments
    • Provide financial analysis to support business growth
    • Manage cash flow, audits, and internal controls
    • Lead and mentor the finance team

    Requirements:

    • CA(SA) qualification (Chartered Accountant)
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Manager role
    • Strong leadership and analytical skills
    • Retail industry experience is an advantage
    • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
    • Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
