We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with DevOps experience to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry.

As a crucial member of our technology team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining software solutions that drive innovation and efficiency in automotive operations.


Location:
Gauteng and Home Office


Essential Skill requirements:

  • Backend Development:
  • At least 10 years experience in Java Development (Java EE)
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in either Spring, Springboot or Quarkus
  • A minimum of 7 years experience with Test Frameworks (From Unit to E2E)
  • Frontend Development:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend technologies (Javascript, Typescript, HTML 5 and CSS)
  • Solid knowledge in UI frameworks eg, Angular (Version 9 or higher), React.
  • Solid capabilities workign with containerization eg Docker, Kubernetes
  • IT Architecture
  • DevOps
  • Operations (2nd and 3rd level)
  • Development of new functionality (backend, frontend)
  • Changes to the existing solution
  • Development and further improvement of the automated test coverage of the solution
  • Functional and technical refinement of solution
  • Maintenance and functional enhancement of the solution
  • Support and error analysis during overall BMW test cycles and rollouts.
  • Quality checks in regards of development across all teams
  • Operations (2nd and 3rd Level)
Steering and coordination between the various teams.
