Responsibilities- Grow, manage & maintain strong business relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets & objectives
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Identify new business (retail and wholesale) opportunities across the business' client base and convert additional opportunities into sales.
- Ensure that strategic customers are called on regularly
- To ensure continuous product availability in all outlets
- Ensure sufficient stock rotation across channels and partners
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and finding solutions
- Keep management informed by submitting all required reports, weekly, monthly i.e. best practices and competitor and promotional trends
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
- Meticulously submit all required administration, as requested, on time & in full
- Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Extensive travelling will be required
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable car
