    Business Analyst - Banking

    We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of business analysis principles and practices, with a strong focus on banking domains.

    About the Role

    The Business Analyst will work as a liaison amongst stakeholders to understand problems, opportunities, needs, structure, policies, and operations of the organisation on large, high-risk, and complex projects.

    • Elicit and analyse actual needs of stakeholders
    • Facilitate communication between organisational units
    • Align business unit needs with capabilities delivered by information technology

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recommend solutions to enable the organisation to achieve its goals
    • Play a central role in aligning business unit needs with IT capabilities

    Requirements:

    • Completed degree or diploma in a related field
    • 8-10 years' experience as a Business Analyst
    • Senior BA with years of practical experience in business analysis
    • Agile experience essential

    • Secured Lending
    • Wealth Management
    • Credit and Risk
    • Servicing Client Products

    Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
