- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with facility managers, educators, and learner representative organizations in identified clusters.
- Map Out CBOs and Hotspots: Identify and map out community-based organizations (CBOs) and hotspots for mobilization of vulnerable adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) and sites for peer-led mobile services.
- Implement HIV Testing Services: Develop and implement the HIV testing services (HTS) program, screening AGYW to identify vulnerable beneficiaries.
- Provide Integrated SRH Services: Implement a package of integrated sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services, including HIV counselling and testing, ART initiation, PrEP initiation, pregnancy testing, contraception, post-exposure prophylaxis, TB screening, STI screening and management, creatinine clearance, screening for mental health, substance and alcohol abuse, GBV care, risk perception and reduction counselling, and adherence and continuation support.
- Identify and Support GBV Victims: Identify victims of gender-based violence and provide minimum package of post-violence care services, including HIV testing, PEP, EC, STI screening, psychosocial support, and linkage to medical forensic services.
- Ensure Navigation and Referral: Ensure appropriate navigation and referral of all new cases for psycho-social support to social workers and interventions.
- Implement Case Management Strategy: Ensure case management strategy is implemented by the PrEP CURR team (peer educator, linkage officer, and enrolled nurse) to ensure beneficiaries of the program remain in care.
- Submit Monthly Reports: Submit regular reports on program progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with the Department of Basic Education, Department of Social Development, and Department of Health managers and community role-players to scale up the package of services.
- Provide Mentorship: Provide mentorship to the initiation and retention team.
- Adhere to IPC Standards: Adhere to Infection Prevention Control (IPC) standards and minimize the risk of needle stick injuries by ensuring all staff follow recommended protocols.
- Implement PPE Protocol: Implement the Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) protocol and ensure all staff adhere to the protocol.
