    Service Advisor

    We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Newcastle, Northern KZN.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service and manage service appointments to ensure efficient operations.
    • Schedule service workflows, coordinate with workshop and parts departments, and communicate effectively with technicians.
    • Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including customer information, vehicle details, and service history.
    • Upsell additional services and products to customers, enhancing their vehicle's performance and longevity.
    • Possess comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems and components to accurately diagnose issues and recommend appropriate services.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership environment.
    • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance.
    • Grade 12 (Matric) plus position-related qualification/certificate.
    • Computer literacy and experience with Autoline or similar dealership software is advantageous.
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Newcastle residency required.
