    Description

    Job Overview

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring training programs provided by both internal and external trainers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure accurate records of training are maintained up-to-date, meeting the requirements of the Skills Development Act and associated legislation.
    • Conduct research to identify better training methods and implement improvements on a continuous basis.
    • Schedule and coordinate training interventions as necessary.
    • Compile and manage annual budgets allocated for training purposes.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Ongoing Training Development Program (ODETDP) or equivalent training qualification.
    • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in training management and development.
