    Our Vision

    The Medication Delivery Solutions team provides a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anesthesia, and closed medication management. As a key player in this team, you will contribute to our mission by analyzing market trends, executing marketing strategies, and determining customer needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Determine customers' needs and gaps through research and strategic planning.
    • Coordinate opportunities and priorities identification for new product growth and successful implementation of regional plans.
    • Lead regional processes that interface with country, regional, European, and global organization teams.
    • Support sales teams with product knowledge and expertise.
    • Collaborate with Marketing Managers on product launches, marketing events, and training programs.
    • Conduct market research and coordinate efforts with local, regional, and worldwide organizations.
    • Drive product line growth, manage short- and long-term product planning, and deliver strategic roll-outs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare discipline, marketing, or business management.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in the healthcare sector, either in commercial or marketing roles.
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to make recommendations to management.
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills with diverse teams.
    • Ability to work independently and travel within the region and internationally.
