    About the Role

    Serves both as a graphic arts design resource and Production Center Site Representative, providing a variety of internal material using client approved brand templates as well as original concepts following client brand guidelines.

    Your Impact

    1. Produces multiple design projects of varying complexities simultaneously ensuring all client directions are followed.
    2. Works directly for the Production Site Supervisor and assists in managing design queue – Expected to design all assigned orders within a specified turnaround time.
    3. Accountable for quality of work and timeliness of delivery across all creative projects. Understands all aspects of design, approval and production process.
    4. Troubleshoots customer issues over the phone, email, and in person.
    5. Maintains company standard of quality and customer service.
    6. Provides an outstanding customer service experience completing jobs in alignment with client expectations.
    7. Adheres to client brand guidelines.
    8. Receives and inspects finished materials, distributes finished material to customer as needed.
    9. Operates in-house large and small format printers to produce rush projects and client proofs.

    About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

    1. HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
    2. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
    3. Working knowledge of mapping software such as MapInfo.
    4. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs - Word, Excel, Power Point.
    5. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
    6. Strong sense of customer service.
    7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    8. Ability to follow strict brand and industry guidelines.
    9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
    10. Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities.
    11. Self-motivated, organized, and accountable.
    12. Resourceful problem solver.
    13. Thrives under pressure with the ability to meet quick deadlines.
    14. Understanding of the print industry and production process.
    15. Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.

    Requirements
