This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the City of Johannesburg.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, creating and executing sales strategies, overseeing market expansion plans, and analyzing business metrics to optimize sales performance.
The role also involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align goals and ensure the continuous success of the brand.
QualificationsStrong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis
Proven ability in Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Team Collaboration and Leadership experience
An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Ability to work on-site in Johannesburg and travel locally as needed
