    Description

    As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the independent spare parts shop.

    Reporting to the Regional Manager/Director, your key responsibilities will include:


    • Leading and supervising a team of sales representatives, storekeepers, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
    • Managing inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing spare parts to meet customer demand.
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for customer service, sales, and safety.
    • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, inventory turnover, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Providing training, guidance, and support to staff members to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance the shop's reputation and customer satisfaction.
    • Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the shop premises to create a welcoming and professional environment for customers and staff

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
    • Sound knowledge of vehicles and spare parts, with the ability to identify parts and provide technical assistance to customers.
    • Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and maintaining records.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
