- Providing training, guidance, and support to staff members to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance the shop's reputation and customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the shop premises to create a welcoming and professional environment for customers and staff
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Sound knowledge of vehicles and spare parts, with the ability to identify parts and provide technical assistance to customers.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and maintaining records.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
