    Accounting and Financial Expertise We are seeking a highly skilled accounting and financial professional to join our team. As an accounting specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management. Your expertise in financial regulations, healthcare finance, and accounting software will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records. Key Responsibilities: * Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. * Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making. * Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial performance. * Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and industry standards, and participate in internal audits to identify areas for improvement. * Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and credit management. * Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure timely payment of bills and invoices. * Financial Analysis and Advisory: Provide financial analysis and advisory services to support business decisions and strategic planning. * Systems and Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. * Team Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and provide support to colleagues as needed. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration. * 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting. * Strong knowledge of financial regulations, healthcare finance, and accounting software. * Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. * Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). * Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of financial modeling and analysis. * Experience with hospital information systems and accounting information systems. * Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and practices. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
