    Description

    Main Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

    • Professionally and articulately communicate with customers.
    • Presentation of sales or service benefits/opportunities in an effective manner.
    • Identify and respond to customer needs from various demographics, delivering a high quality, professional service.
    • Exercise appropriate soft skills when dealing with difficult customers.
    • Utilize correct listening skills and probing techniques to establish relevant information.
    • Effectively communicate with the team leader and team members.
    • Ensure daily queries are logged accordingly.
    • Inform customers about the progress of unresolved queries.
    • Confirm resolution with customers before closing queries.
    • Monitor query progress until resolution.

    Additional Job Requirements:

    • Willing to work shifts (09h00 to 19h00)
    • Willing to work a six-day work week
    • Own vehicle or reliable transport required

    Required Skills and Knowledge:

    • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
    • Proven computer literacy
    • Able to work under pressure
      • Goal-driven individual
      • Ability to work with minimal supervision
      • Contact Centre skills training
      • Call handling skills
      • Telephone etiquette skills
      • Familiarity with website navigation functionalities and technology savvy
      • 6 months experience in Inbound and Outbound sales Contact Centre environment

      Education, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

      • Grade 12 certification
      • At least 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in Banking/financial industry

      Grade 12 is Mandatory
