About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer of leather for furniture upholstery, boasting an impressive reputation and vast expertise in the industry. This exciting opportunity is set within their newly established manufacturing tannery/plant, offering a chance to grow and develop as a young professional.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of production from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient workflow.
Maintain and continually improve productivity and efficiency, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards, guaranteeing a safe working environment and superior product quality.
Develop and implement effective production schedules, driving progress and meeting deadlines.
Lead and guide the production team with confidence and expertise, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
Provide regular reports to the CEO on production performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated individual who is passionate about driving success in the manufacturing tannery/plant.

Requirements

Possess strong German language skills (German fluency is highly desirable)
Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably with a background in Chemistry
Demonstrate 2-5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing/Production, ideally in a Team Leader, Senior Supervisor, or Operations Manager position
Exhibit hard work, honesty, and a willingness to learn, showcasing adaptability and resilience
Showcase exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and motivating the production team
Display a solid technical understanding and excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and problem-solving
