Summary
To ensure the complex is kept neat, clean, and tidy as well as providing general support.


Duties and responsibilities:


MAINTAIN GARDENS AT PROPERTIES OWNED AND MANAGED

  • Weeding of common areas
  • Spraying of weeds on common areas
  • Rake, blow and sweep all the cut grass
  • Maintain the beds around all trees and plants
  • Pruning of dead leaves on plants
  • Ensure storm water drains are free of cut grass
  • Ensure grass is neatly edged
  • Propagating, planting & transplanting of all greenery on site.
  • General beautification of all greenery on site
  • Maintenance of indigenous forest areas

GRASS CUTTING EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS

  • Grass cutting equipment is fully functional
  • Daily checks undertaken
  • Ensuring that good care is taken of equipment
  • Equipment is securely locked up after use
  • Report equipment that needs repairs / replacement
  • Management of gardening consumables.

UTILITIES/ CREDIT CONTROL/OFFICE SUPPORT

COMMUNITY INITIATIVES

Minimum requirements:


  • Grade 10
  • 1year customer service experience

Salary:
