Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll leverage your skills in data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic with strong conversion goals, and optimise our lead generation capture points.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll own the execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of delivering business solutions.


This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our brand's success while continuously learning and sharing insights with the wider teams.


Key Responsibilities:

The main functions of the role include but are not limited to:

Website Management and Optimisation:

Manage website content, including building landing pages and monitoring website performance.

PPC and Paid Advertising:

Own and manage Google Adwords campaigns, aligning PPC strategy with marketing and company goals.

Manage paid advertising campaigns across social platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

Create, manage, and optimise digital advertising content and campaigns across multiple platforms with external media partners.

Social Media Management:

Coordinate content delivery and community management across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook platforms.

Execute communications for marketing, lead generation, and webinars using our Communigator platform.

Content Distribution:

Coordinate content distribution across various online channels to maximise reach and impact.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:


Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging digital marketing trends, and performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimise strategies.

Measure, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to management.

Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement in the market.


Essential Skills:


  • Proficiency in WordPress platforms.
  • Expertise in SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in PPC and Paid Social, including Google Adwords, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Resourceful selfstarter with strong organisational skills.
  • Proactive problemsolving approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Industry Experience & Qualification (required)

  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with knowledge of B2B environment and proficiency in WordPress, Google Ads, and Analytics
