& SummaryA career in our Chief of Staff Office practice, within Operations, will provide the opportunity to support our engagement teams and clients operationally by providing advice on accounting, financial reporting, and strategic business issues. In joining, you'll help ensure a complete and relevant exchange of information among our consultants and in turn with engagement teams and clients, provide experts advice on a variety of specific topics, support engagement teams in resolving complex issues, and supporting clients and their subsidiaries in evaluating the potential impact of accounting and reporting standard setting initiatives. You'll develop strong relationships with our engagement teams and enhance our ability to meet greater investor expectations with the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment.

As the CTO of SATIC, you will:

Form part of the executive team to fulfill the delivery of SATICs business goals and ambition.

Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our technological roadmap across all relevant technology platforms

Bring strategic insights and technical expertise to guide the development and implementation of innovative products and services.

Be responsible for providing collaborative leadership.

Develop relationships across the different territories to promote the capabilities of the SATIC and identify growth opportunities.

Ensure respective technology towers are constructed in line with relevant territory demand, towers are being assembled consistently and that they run efficiently as they grow.

Qualifications / Certifications required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience required:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a technology-focused environment, with a track record of driving successful technology initiatives.

Strong understanding of software development life cycles, methodologies, and best practices.

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for technology innovation.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in managing and scaling technical teams, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and make informed technology-related decisions.

Proficiency in project management tools, agile methodologies, and software development tools.

Responsibilities of role:

Develop and execute SATIC's technology strategy and plans, aligned to the overall SATIC business goals and objectives.

Lead and mentor a diverse team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Drive the end-to-end technology delivery process, from concept to deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology trends, assess their potential impact, and leverage them to gain a competitive advantage.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, recommending suitable technological advancements for integration.

Manage the CTO Tower budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize operational efficiency.

Oversee the development and maintenance of scalable software architectures, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.

Work closely with relevant territories to understand their technology needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Evaluate and implement agile methodologies and development practices to enhance productivity and project delivery.

Develop and monitor KPIs.

Support development of SATIC staff

Use stakeholder and customer feedback to inform improvements.

Holding Tower Leads to account to achieve strategic goals and operational objectives.

Review hardware and software acquisitions

Implementation of ISO and quality requirements

Ensure continuous delivery of technology and managed services, through oversight of service level agreements and performance targets

Desirable skill sets
