3) A zero-waste shopping solution, Zero Waste Spaza, that partners with existing local convenience shops to make purchasing staple foods more accessible & attainable without creating packaging through digital dispensers that they install.

Role summary:


Regenize is looking for a dynamic PCO to join our REACT project, that is able to coordinate project tasks, coordinate relationships with "on-the-ground" project stakeholders, support project team with role support related to the achievement of KPIs and administer and communicate reports for related to Regenize models and projects.


Daily Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the delivery of project tasks with project team members timeously
  • Ensuring timelines are being met by corresponding or parallel roles and tasks
  • Executing efficient ways of performing tasks within timelines specified by PM
  • Coordinating and managing relationships with operational stakeholders
  • Facilitating and executing community engagement
  • Sign campaign management
  • Community activity generation
  • Mapping and executing recycling collections (supporting PM & OS)
  • Facilitating and executing Remali distribution management
  • Fulfilling and performing support functions for various project related tasks
  • Ensuring accuracy of reporting from all project team roles
  • Executing KPI tracking in support of PM
  • Oversite as to delivery of targets by corresponding project team roles
  • Executing compilation of reports and insights development from project and related roles

Requirements:


  • Degree or formal qualification in Project Management, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator in community upliftment or environmental projects
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project coordination software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of waste management industry
  • Driver's license
