Financial Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead our finance team and drive strategic financial decisions. This is a challenging opportunity for a professional with a strong operational background to take on a new role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, half-year, and year-end management and financial accounts.
• Develop and provide up-to-date financial reports that inform business strategy.
• Analyse sales reports, costs, pricing, variable contributions, and identify areas for cost reduction.
• Manage debtors and creditors in line with group guidelines.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Maintain effective cash flow management.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• BCom degree in Finance or related field.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in financial management, including implementing systems.
