    Group Recruitment Specialist at 4Sight Holdings Limited

    Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Sales Specialist to join our Data Enablement division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Microsoft stack products and a deep understanding of data management, with exceptional writing skills and a proven sales track record.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • IDentify and engage with potential clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.
    • Presents and demonstrates our solutions to key stakeholders, highlighting the value proposition and differentiators.
    • Collaborates with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
    • Maintains and expands client relationships through proactive communication and strategic account planning.
    • Prepares and delivers proposals and presentations that showcase our expertise and demonstrate thought leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science from an accredited institution.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales specialist or solutions architect, with a proven ability to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
    • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and build persuasive arguments.
