Key Responsibilities:

Unitisation and Cash Flow Management: Determine unit prices, collect asset manager data, manage investment strategies, and process client cash flows.
Reporting and Analysis: Produce reports, analyse fund returns, and capture transactions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Handle stakeholder enquiries and manage key relationships.

Additional Tasks:

Collect and capture daily market values, send daily prices, and capture cash flows instructions.
Interpret and analyse market values and unit prices, prepare asset allocation calculations, and load asset allocation calculations.
Send Cashflow Statements, perform bank reconciliations, and generate weekly and monthly data and reports.

Requirements:

BCom or Higher Diploma in Accounting or Financial Management.
1-3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.

Key Relationships:

Administration Team Members, Client Servicing, Trade Rebalancing, Fund Accounting, and Transition teams.
Employee Benefit Administrators and Asset Managers.
