Marketing Graduate to Sales Team Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Graduate to take on the role of Sales Team Lead. This is an onsite position ideal for someone with a strong sales foundation and a passion for team leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a local sales team of six staff members, providing guidance and support to drive sales performance.
Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring performance targets are met and aligned with company goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies that foster growth and improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to achieve common objectives.

Key Skills

Effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate team members and clients.
Strong organizational capabilities, including leadership and time management.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and improvement.
A results-oriented mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments.
A minimum of three years of proven experience in a sales role (open to various industries).
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
Willingness to work onsite full-time in Springs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
