SERVICE DESK/CALL CENTRE INDUSTRYCAPE TOWN
The Key Account Manager will work predominantly in a client facing role, assisting with growing the company's revenue by ensuring key clients are satisfied with services provided and providing additional services where required, and by strategically managing existing client portfolios.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Computer Literate: Word, Excel, Internet, E-mail.
- Customer Service Diploma or equivalent
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
