    Electrical Team Lead Job Description


    About the Role


    As a seasoned Electrical Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled electricians to deliver high-quality electrical installations on various construction projects.


    Key Responsibilities



    • Lead and manage a team of electricians to ensure the successful completion of electrical installations

    • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues

    • Develop and implement daily objectives to ensure project deadlines are met

    • Collaborate with other construction teams to ensure seamless project execution

    • Ensure all electrical work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with relevant regulations


    Requirements


    To be successful in this role, you will require:



    • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Installation Electrician in a construction industry

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a construction team

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and building plans

    • Valid driver's license

    • Red seal trade test Electrician and Wireman's License 3-phase


    Additional Requirements


    Please note that only South African residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered for this role.
