Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales and commercial teams. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of pricing strategies, sales management, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and business success.
Lead sales and commercial teams, utilizing excellent leadership and team management skills.
Negotiate with major customers and stakeholders, leveraging outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Manage contracts and supplier negotiations, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Monitor financial performance using CRM systems, sales management tools, and financial software.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience working in a senior commercial or operational position.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
