VACANCY:


  • Permanent Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:


HR Management:


  • Manage the entire HR function towards and in support of the company growth and sustainability plan.
  • Development of departmental objectives and targets including the monitoring and reporting thereof.
  • Ensure that all HR related policies and procedures are relevant, updated and distributed.

Recruitment, selection, and succession planning

  • Prepare, update and control company job profiles according to position requirements.
  • Active recruitment in line with organisational requirements.
  • Plan, mitigate and ensure proactive succession planning.
  • Employee contracts management.

Performance management

  • Active participation in the development and successful implementation of a performance management plan.
  • Ongoing performance evaluations.
  • Development of performance improvement plans in conjunction with departmental line managers.

Learning and development

  • Prepare and manage the company learning and development plan in support of line management.
  • Ensure continuous upskill of staff.

Employee Record and Documentation management

  • Manage, maintain, and update employee records.
  • Adhere to proper documentation control in all aspects.
  • Manage the time and attendance, leave administration, medicals fitness etc.

Employee wellness

  • Develop, manage, and implement a company wellness programme.

Labour relations

  • Ensure that the BCE, SDA, LRA and EEA are understood and adhered to
  • Maintain and manage the company disciplinary code and advise company management on all disciplinary matters and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Human resources diploma or degree or a degree in Industrial Psychology
  • 5 years of experience in HR Coordinator / Generalist functions
  • 3 years of experience in the management of people and people processes
  • Strong Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Advanced planning and organising skills, with high attention to detail
  • Competent in MS Office

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R25, R35,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
